Velocity sensitive valving design provides luxury ride with uncompromised handling. Progressive-rate springs control ride over wide variety of road conditions. Beautiful smoothly contoured chrome-plated billet triple tree. Chrome-plated high-carbon steel upper tubes. Hard chrome, high-carbon steel lower tubes. Accepts single or dual front disc brakes. Variety of fender brackets permit a choice in fender styles. CNC-machined triple trees are smoothly contoured with recessed, almost hidden clamping bolts. At the bottom, the billet end caps have hidden axle threads and smoothly rounded ends unlike anything else available. For the absolute pinnacle of performance and looks there is nothing else to compare. Compatible with most stock front end components allowing completion by using the stock handlebars, headlight, front brake, fender, and wheel. The only needed options for a bolt-on installation are caliper and fender brackets. Axle spacers for wide front end should be chosen to fit the hub used. Spacers for the wide hub are for any wheel laced to Wide Glide® single or dual flange hub or for custom wheels based on that hub. Use the narrow spacers for wheels laced to aluminum narrow glide hubs or custom wheels based on that hub.

Adjustable forkstops permit installation on FX Softail® and Dyna Wide Glide® models from 1984 to present.

41mm Complete Front Fork Kits For Big Twin

• Lower legs are machined from billet aluminum and feature screw on dust covers, flush mount axle with hidden hardware and removable brake and fender mounts.
• The 41mm fork tubes meausre 24 1/4" long, are hard chrome plated and are the stock length for the models listed.
• Front end measures 31" from the top stem bearing to the centerline of the axle.
• Custom axle spacers are required, use 57333 axle spacer that is 6" long and cut to length.
• The dual removable brake mounts are designed for 1984/1999 OE or similar brake calipers adn 11 1/2" brake discs.
• Fork kits are shipped without fork oil. Add 11.2 ounces of fork oil per leg of the weight of your choice.
  
  Fits Big Twin 4 speed 1949/1986 and Softail 1984/1988 when used with our 36671 lower fork bearing cup with built in fork stop. Also fits FXDWG 1993/1999 and Custom applications.

With fat tube covers and totally smooth trees, custom is what this assembly is all about. Using a collett type locking system to clamp the fork tubes in the trees, no fasteners are visible, enhancing the smooth look. The axle caps on the lower legs are bullet shaped and cover the ends of the axle to hide them from sight. Fender tabs are removable if you choose to run without a fender for a chopper look. The caliper mounting brackets are removable. With this high quality assembly, you'll have that high dollar inverted fork look without the high dollar inverted fork price.
